Reported speech is once we tell someone what another person said. to try to to this, we will use direct speech or indirect speech. direct speech: ‘I add a bank,’ said Daniel. indirect speech: Daniel said that he worked during a bank.
Formal Letter: a proper letter is one written in an orderly and traditional language and follows a selected stipulated format. These letters are written for official purposes only, like writing a letter to the manager, to the HR manager, to an employee, to the Principal of the school or school, to an educator , etc.
